How do I find my size? +
Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in inches. Our pieces run true to size; if you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.
When will my order arrive? +
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then typically takes 7–13 business days — 8–16 business days in total — and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship, and how much is shipping? +
We ship across the United States, and shipping is free on every order — no minimum.
How do I track my order? +
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link, so you can follow it right to your door.
What's your return policy? +
30-day returns on unused items in original condition with tags attached. Email info@holtandcrane.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.
Do you offer exchanges? +
For a different size or color, the quickest way is to return the original within 30 days for a refund and place a new order. Email info@holtandcrane.com and we'll help.
What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay), over an encrypted, secure checkout.
What are the pieces made from? +
Fabric and care details are listed on each product page. Where we do not yet have a verified fibre composition from the maker, we say so rather than guess.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
Email us as soon as possible after ordering. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do everything we can to update or cancel it for you.
